Guests leave recorded voice messages on a vintage-style telephone, and all messages are saved onto a USB, creating a keepsake you can cherish forever.
2. How does the audio guest book work?
- Guests pick up the telephone receiver and hear a personalized greeting (which we can customize for you).
- After the beep, they leave their message.
- The recording is automatically saved, and they can simply hang up.
- After the event, we transfer all recordings onto a USB for you.
3. What is included in the rental package?
- A vintage-style telephone that records messages
- A telephone box (optional, depending on package)
- Delivery, setup, and collection
- A USB with all recorded messages
4. How do I book the audio guest book?
You can book through our website by filling out our booking form or contacting us directly.
5. Can I customize the greeting message?
Yes! You can record your own greeting message, or we can provide a standard one for you. This makes the experience more personal for your guests.
6. Do you offer nationwide delivery?
- Yes! We deliver across Ireland. If you're outside the Leinster area, contact us, and we'll arrange delivery for an additional fee.
7. What if the telephone box or equipment gets damaged?
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. If any damage occurs, repair or replacement costs may be charged.
8. Do you keep a backup of my recordings?
No, we do not store copies of the recordings for privacy reasons. Once we transfer them to the USB, they are deleted from our system.
